Sustrans’ use of Your Personal Information

Sustrans may use Your Personal Information as follows :

·      To create models pertaining to the Islay community’s views regarding the development of a dual purpose pathway from Bowmore to Islay House Square.

·      To Better communicate with those members of the community who wish to liaise with Sustrans or ICAG.

·      Relay the information gathered to Argyll & Bute Council. The form in which this information is presented to Argyll & Bute Council will be anonymised by Sustrans.

Sharing of Your Personal Information

We may share Your Personal Information with Squarespace who host the Site. Squarespace’s policy on use of Your Personal Information can be found at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy/

We may also share your data with North Planning and Development Ltd.
